Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and setup.
- Clean work areas, remove debris, and maintain a safe, organized environment.
- Operate basic construction equipment (forklifts, skid steers) safely and efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Perform general labor duties as directed by the Site Superintendent.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) as required.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
