Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under the supervision of skilled foremen.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and holding materials.
- Assist tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various on-site tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure zero accidents.
Qualifications
- No previous construction experience required. We are looking for eager learners.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (3rd shift) and weekends as needed.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
