Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Build and maintain temporary structures/scaffolding
- Transport materials via forklift or manual methods
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in varied terrain
- Pass pre-employment background check
