Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment using proper lifting techniques
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervisor guidance
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Perform physical labor including digging, carrying materials, and operating machinery
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
- Complete paperwork and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- No construction experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and at heights
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
