Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and excavation support
- Assist skilled tradespeople with equipment operation and tool management
- Maintain job site safety standards and wear required PPE at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for project tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery after proper training
- Participate in daily site preparation and closing procedures
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for night shift (6 PM - 2 AM, Sun-Thur)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Commitment to safety protocols and teamwork
