Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction activities and cleanup duties
- Maintain job site safety standards and report hazards immediately
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment using proper techniques
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Ensure clean and organized work areas throughout shift
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
