- Participate in night shift operations (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance logs
- Adhere to all local building codes and company standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Austin
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
