Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and equipment operationMaintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (drills, saws, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform basic concrete work (pouring, finishing, curing)
- Participate in emergency response drills and site inspections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across KY/GA
