Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, setting up tools, and removing debris
- Assist carpenters and other trades with material handling and equipment operation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate basic machinery like forklifts and power tools under supervision
- Assist with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily team briefings and project updates
Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites
