Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work night shifts (2nd shift) on a regular basis.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of construction site safety (OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required).
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not strictly mandatory).
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
