Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety compliance
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling, tool management, and task execution
- Operate basic machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Follow blueprints and instructions to complete tasks like digging, lifting, and assembling structures
- Maintain clean and organized work areas while adhering to OSHA standards
- Document daily progress and report safety hazards or equipment issues
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless project transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions (night shift)
