Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in site preparation, excavation, and general labor tasks under the supervision of foremen.
- Material Management: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Machinery Operation: Operate basic machinery and hand tools to support daily construction operations.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by clearing debris and ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Support Tasks: Perform necessary tasks to support skilled tradespeople and keep the project timeline on track.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure worksite.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train the right candidates from the ground up.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work Night Shift schedules.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well within a team.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency to understand safety briefings and verbal instructions.
- Tools: Willingness to learn how to use various construction tools and equipment.
