Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and transport them to the work site.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Follow instructions from foremen and senior crew members to ensure project efficiency.
- Perform minor repairs and assist in concrete pouring and framing as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts and weekends as required.
- Willingness to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
