Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and staging of construction materials and equipment.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery (e.g., drills, saws, forklifts) under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site in strict accordance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform general site preparation tasks, including excavation, leveling, and debris removal.
- Follow all verbal and written instructions from Site Supervisors and Foremen.
- Ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn and maintained properly during night operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit with the stamina to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and manual labor for 8+ hours.
- Experience: No prior construction experience is required. We value a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid government-issued ID or driver's license.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to understand safety instructions.
