Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in site clearing, digging, and leveling to prepare for construction activities.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic hand tools and light machinery under the supervision of a foreman.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Crew Assistance: Provide general labor support to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians.
- Quality Control: Help ensure that work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Shift Compliance: Adhere strictly to night shift schedules and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We train all our employees. A willingness to learn is the only requirement.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be available to work nights (typically 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Safety Conscious: Must wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety guidelines.
- Communication: Basic ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
- Valid ID: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
