Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on the job site, including carpentry, painting, and cleaning.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, trenching, and debris removal.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of safety requirements is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
