Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on the job site safely and efficiently.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Machinery Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools (e.g., skid steers, forklifts, jackhammers) under supervision.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, plumbers) with various tasks as needed to ensure project timelines are met.
- Demolition & Cleanup: Perform demolition work and site cleanup, including removal of debris and waste materials.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with site supervisors and team members to report progress or safety hazards.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is a plus, but not strictly required for motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift. Must be able to stand, walk, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are preferred.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, hardworking, and dedicated to safety protocols.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM or similar schedules).
