Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks under night shift conditions
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools safely
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Assist in material handling, equipment setup, and job site cleanup
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly construction milestones
- Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience required
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Class A/B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Availability to work 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- WA state driver's license with clean record
