Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor duties including excavation, digging, and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or other equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks as directed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Follow blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
- Perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous construction labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
