Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks as needed.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and maintain a tidy work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and project guidelines.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required; training provided.
