Responsibilities
- Perform general site preparation, including loading and unloading building materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and trash.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools (saws, drills, levels).
- Transport heavy materials using dollies, forklifts, or pallet jacks.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Experience in construction labor is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow verbal instructions.
