Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation at night shift construction sites
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and foundation work following safety protocols
- Operate power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) and heavy machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites by removing debris and securing materials
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet project deadlines during overnight shifts
- Conduct basic equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean record (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Memphis/Shelby County
- Drug-free workplace compliance (pre-employment screening required)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for overnight shifts
