Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment efficiently to keep the job site moving.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, hauling, and site preparation.
- Follow all safety regulations and site-specific protocols to ensure accident-free operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols (OSHA guidelines preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Virginia Beach job site.
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
