Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Follow construction plans and supervisor instructions precisely
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
- Participate in mandatory safety briefings and training
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work nights (6 PM - 6 AM) in all weather conditions
- Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
- Ability to read basic measurements and blueprints
