Job Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks and projects.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Perform site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe work environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and project instructions from supervisors.
- Assist in excavation, concrete pouring, and general site preparation.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10-hour shifts).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
