Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery safely
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Manage material inventory and equipment maintenance

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or related labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
