Responsibilities
- Execute structural framing, concrete pouring, and site preparation tasks
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision and safety
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work zones
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Collaborate with skilled trades to meet project deadlines
- Perform site cleanup and waste management daily
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical labor
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided if needed)
- Reliable transportation to 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM shifts
- Experience with hand/power tools and blueprint reading
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
