Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete work, framing, and finishing
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Perform night shift duties (6 PM - 6 AM) with punctual attendance
- Contribute to project timelines with efficient task completion
- Participate in daily safety briefings and equipment checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and commitment to night shift availability
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Experience with jackhammers, saws, and drills a plus
