Responsibilities
- Execute physical construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under certified supervision
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Assist skilled trades with layout, framing, and finishing operations
- Perform daily site cleanup and equipment maintenance checks
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints and project plans
- Participate in all-weather night shift operations (6 PM - 6 AM)
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform strenuous physical labor
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided if uncertified)
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and overtime as needed
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must be available for immediate night shift assignment
