Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, framing, and finishing tasks on commercial construction sites
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight night shift deadlines
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and project specifications
- Complete daily site inspections and progress reports for foreman review
- Assist in material handling and inventory management at night
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Class B CDL license or ability to acquire within 30 days
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Experience operating skid steers and power tools (jackhammers, saws)
- Proven night shift work history with reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic blueprint reading skills required
