Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, mixing concrete, and general cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to perform heavy manual labor.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a consistent schedule.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
