Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including digging, hauling, and cleaning.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction activities and site preparation.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks with precision and efficiency.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by adhering to all OSHA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to work rotating Night Shifts (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the site.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices and equipment operation is a plus.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team structure.
