Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, drywalling, and masonry.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring debris is removed regularly.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and moving heavy items.
- Communicate effectively with the shift supervisor and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) as scheduled.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
