- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of job sites and work areas.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Transport materials to and from the work site as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically demanding work requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
