Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow construction blueprints and safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Support skilled trades in framing, concrete, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Reliable transportation to job sites
