Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with daily tasks
- Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing tools, and removing debris
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the day
- Support team members in completing project milestones on schedule
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide paid on-the-job training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
