Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and equipment operation
- Perform site preparation tasks including debris removal and excavation support
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Read basic construction plans and measurements
- Support concrete forming, framing, and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in extreme temperatures
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No construction experience required (training provided)
- Basic math skills for measurements
