Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read basic construction plans and instructions
- Perform trenching, shoveling, and material handling
- Participate in team-based construction activities
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
- No high school diploma required
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic communication skills in English
