Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, equipment operation, and site preparation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Follow safety protocols and wear required protective gear at all times
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and supervisor instructions
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery under guidance (training provided)
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Adapt to changing site conditions and weather while meeting deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train motivated candidates
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Dallas metro area
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screening
- Basic English communication skills for team collaboration
- Flexible schedule availability including early mornings and overtime
