Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including debris removal and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (hammers, saws, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks
- Perform physical labor tasks as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of English for communication
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Reliable transportation to job sites
