Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and power equipment safely
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for project tasks
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform physical labor including lifting (up to 50 lbs) and extended standing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
