Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and leveling ground
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, jackhammers) under supervision
- Follow strict safety guidelines and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled tradespeople with tasks like concrete pouring and framing
- Participate in on-the-job training programs for skill development
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
