Responsibilities
- Assist in loading/unloading construction materials and equipment
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors and project managers
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout projects
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Support skilled trades workers with material handling and site preparation
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
