Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials safely
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain organized and hazard-free work areas
- Follow OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Perform physical tasks (digging, lifting, carrying)
- Assist in scaffolding setup and basic framing
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
