Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools safely (hammers, saws, shovels, etc.)
- Clean and maintain job sites to OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Commitment to safety protocols and teamwork
- No construction experience required – we train!
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/OT as needed)
