Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain clean job sites
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and debris removal
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
- Support project timelines through efficient task completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
