Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks (concrete, framing, demolition)
- Load/unload materials and equipment safely
- Prepare job sites (cleaning, organizing tools, setting up barriers)
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at project sites
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
