Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain clean work areas
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Perform basic demolition, excavation, and concrete work
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Support team productivity through collaborative task completion
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Valid California driver's license preferred
