Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain clean work areas
- Load/unload construction materials and transport to job sites
- Perform basic concrete work and framing support
- Participate in team projects with punctual attendance
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train everyone
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
