Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools safely under supervision (shovels, wheelbarrows, saws)
- Follow blueprints and site instructions for task execution
- Maintain a safe, organized worksite at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
